Michael Baird was born in Lawrence Kansas, and a Colorado resident since 1997, he is an alumnus of Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is a former collegiate and professional golfer, and has worked part-time in the family real estate business off and on since high school.
