Bret has been a licensed real estate professional since September 2010, with a career spanning hands-on sales, coaching, and industry education. His first two transactions—a short sale and a HUD government foreclosure—set the tone for a career built on navigating complex deals with care.
Bret has created and presented 175 original webinars for agents and leadership at a major real estate organization, and has spoken to thousands of agents at two of the industry's largest conventions. As a coach, he's guided Colorado's Rookie of the Year four years in a row for a large brokerage, and helped shape the future of real estate coaching by developing hiring standards for a national coaching program focused on modern, tech-savvy coaches.
Outside of real estate, Bret is a dedicated father to his 11-year-old son, Magnus. He serves as Director of Bike to School Day at his son's school and volunteers as a flag football coach.
