Rashaad believes real estate is about more than buying or selling property—it's about understanding each client's goals, recognizing opportunities, protecting their interests, and helping them build toward their future. Through clear communication, strategic guidance, and dedicated advocacy, he strives to make every client feel informed, prepared, and confident. He believes real estate can also be a meaningful pathway to long-term financial security and generational wealth. His studies in Economics and Communication at Colorado State University complement his analytical approach to business. He joined The Baird Group for its collaborative culture, experienced leadership, and commitment to growth.

Beyond real estate, Rashaad's passions for music, basketball, fitness, and personal development are deeply rooted in the influence of his parents. His mother, who studied music at Shaw University and was a pianist and opera singer, inspired his lifelong appreciation for music and the arts. Classically trained on upright bass, he also plays piano and guitar and maintains connections in the music industry through his business partnership with singer Deon Wilson. His father instilled in him the importance of leadership, confidence, perseverance, and tenacity. A passionate basketball enthusiast with experience in youth and league coaching, Rashaad values mentorship, teamwork, and discipline.
