Shauna is a Colorado native with deep roots in the communities she serves. Since entering the real estate industry in 2018, she's built a career grounded in one simple belief: relationships matter more than transactions.

Her path has given her a rare, full-circle understanding of the real estate process. She started as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant, then became a Mortgage Loan Officer, then a Realtor — and now serves as a Transaction Coordinator. That journey means she understands a deal from every angle, from the first offer to the final closing, and she brings that insight to every client and transaction she touches.

Shauna also holds a Master's Degree in Human Services, a background that shapes the way she works. She listens closely, anticipates needs, and genuinely cares about the people behind every transaction — qualities that have become the foundation of her success.

When she's not working, you'll find Shauna at a live music show, cheering at a sporting event, catching a movie, or spending time with the people (and the dog) she loves most — her loyal companion, Pax.
