I worked with The Baird Group on both the buy and sell side. It was my third buy and first sale so I was a pro in some ways and a newbie in others. I’m also really busy and don’t have time to angst over ton of details. The Baird Group were able to get under contract on the buy side on a place that I didn’t have to compromise anything on my wish list - all within budget.
